Enrolling Made Easy

There are various different ways to enrol in the Community Education courses. By phone, email, in person, by fax or by post.

By phone. Call (09) 621 0051. Have your Visa or Mastercard handy.

In person. Come to our Community Education Office. Eftpos and credit card (Visa/ Mastercard)facilities are available. Office hours are from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. (Please see our Contacts/ Location page for varying hours over the school holidays).

By Direct credit It is possible to pay by direct credit - please contact the office regarding this.

Fees are charged on a term basis - there are no discounts or refunds if students are unable to attend all classes in a term.

General Information

Acceptance: Confirmation will be sent by email or post . You will be contacted by phone only if the class is FULL or CANCELLED.

Payment of Fees: Payment of fees is required at the time of enrolment. Enrolments can only be processed once fees are paid in full. Fees are charged on a term basis - there are no discounts or refunds if students are unable to attend all classes in a term.

Cancelled classes: If there are insufficient enrolments, courses must be cancelled. Full refunds will be made as soon as possible.

Refunds: A full refund will be given if there are insufficient enrolments to start a class. NO REFUNDS will be made after a class has commenced. Withdrawals can be made up to three days prior to the class starting. No refunds will be given after this. Withdrawals from classes will incur a $15.00 administration fee.

First night of classes: Come to Mount Roskill Grammar School Community Education Office. From there you will be escorted to your class.

Changes to Programme: In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the advertised programme and/or tutor. Every effort will be made to inform enrolees.
