ESOL NIGHT CLASSES

End of term party

Our night time classes are of the same high quality as the day time classes and are taught by very experienced teachers. We have classes to meet everyone's needs.

We accept students starting up to the third week of term, if places are still available.

BEGINNERS/ ELEMENTARY

A class for people with only a little English.  Learn phonics, basic vocabulary and spelling.  Learn grammar and form simple sentences.  Gain confidence and new speaking skills.

• Days: Monday and Wednesday nights (2 nights per week)
• Time: 6.40-9pm
• Duration: 7 weeks
• Fee: $99 for 7 weeks (non-residents are required to pay 30% extra)

PRE-INTERMEDIATE/ CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH

A class for people who can speak and understand simple sentences and phrases.  An opportunity to improve grammar, speaking and listening skills.  Gain confidence in conversation and improve your pronunciation.

• Term 2: starts 13 May 2013 
• Days: Held every Monday & Wednesday evening (2 nights per week)
• Time: 6.40-9pm
• Duration: 7 weeks

INTERMEDIATE

Extend your grammar and reading and writing.  Improve your speaking, pronunciation and listening skills.

• Duration: 7 weeks

HIGH INTERMEDIATE

A course for high level students.  Be exposed to challenging and interesting activities.

ADVANCED GRAMMAR AND VOCABULARY

 A class for students with a high level of English who want to improve their grammar and extend their vocabulary.

• Day: Tuesday
• Time: 6.40-9pm
• Duration: 7 weeks
• Price: $50 for 7 weeks (non-residents are required to pay 30% extra) 

ENGLISH SPEAKING AND PRONUNCIATION

For students who are pre-intermediate level or higher.  Practise and become more confident in your speaking skills.  Class will also include some exercises to improve pronunciation.

IELTS PREPARATION CLASSES - ACADEMIC & GENERAL IELTS (AN INTRODUCTION)

This class will prepare students for both the IELTS Academic & General Exam covering reading, writing, speaking and listening. Our experienced IELTS teacher will provide lots of practice and tips on how to get high marks when you sit the IELTS exam. A high level of English is required for this course.

IELTS PREPARATION CLASS - ACADEMIC & GENERAL IELTS (ADVANCED STUDY)

This course will assist experienced IELTS students to gain confidence in producing formal writing and to also improve their exam skills for reading, speaking and listening.  Training will be given in specific study skills and exam techniques.  A full practice exam will be held on one Saturday during the course, followed by individual feedback.  This course is for experienced Academic IELTS candidates adn for GT-IELTS students who have successfully completed our Introductory IELTS Preparation Class.  A high level of English is required for this course
