Aerobics - Pump

The workout to tone up with music and weights. Check this out! It's fun, it's total body conditioning. Weights are provided.

You have seen it in the movies and now you can come along and learn this fast paced, energetic dance. The dances taught are modern, and with many different moves.

Enjoy learning street Latin dance moves to amazing Latino salsa music!  Also a great way to exercise and have fun.  Ladies please wear flat shoes as the floor has recently been resurfaced and raised heels are not permitted.

Learn how to play a game of tennis, how to serve and use your forehand and backhand.  Practise your techniques and enjoy playing games. You will require your own racquet.

Dru Yoga - a balanced form of Hatha Yoga - includes warm up, postures and sequences to increase strength and flexibility, breathing techniques to improve lung capacity and promote concentration. Please bring own mat/blanket.  Guida is a fantastic tutor - you will really enjoy this class.
