Property and Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, self- motivated and organised Property Manager to maintain our grounds, property, equipment and facilities.
The person that we are seeking will have a wide range of practical skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
The successful applicant will have a background in general property maintenance, strong financial management, strategic planning, supervisory, leadership and proven communication skills.
The role is responsible for the management of the day to day maintenance work of buildings and equipment, reviewing of service contracts, implementation and review of the property plan, ensuring policy and legislative compliance, supervision of property staff and management of external contractors to ensure project / service delivery.
