The Boys Dance Project are a group of Mount Roskill Grammar School boys who have a passion for dance. They train every Tuesday after school in a contemporary, hip hop and Pasifika fusion style. During term 2 they worked with Joash Fahitua and collaborated to create a piece that was performed at the MRGS Performing Arts showcase ‘Rua’. They will also be performing this dance in upcoming school assemblies. Each week this term, they will be creating and filming dance based challenges set by industry professionals and uploading them on our instagram account.
