- Thursday 16 January: MRGS office opens
- Monday 20 January: Uniform shop opens
- Thursday 23 January: Course Consultation Day (HODs/Deans/students)
- Friday 24 January: New Staff Induction
- Monday 27 January: Auckland Anniversary Day
- Tuesday 28 January: First Day for all staff
- Thursday 30 January: In correct full school uniform please – All Year 9s and new students years 10-13 9.40am – 3.00pm / ALL Year 13s 9am to the hall / Year 12 peer support leaders
- Friday 31 January: 8.55am – 3.10pm Whole school starts. All year levels
