This form is to give the Sports Department an indication on which sports students are wishing to play in 2021.
We have included the cost for 2020 as this will give you an idea of what the cost maybe in 2021. Please note that this is subject to registration numbers as all MRGS sport runs on a user pays budget and all costs are divided by the recipients entered.
We have also included the days of when competitions are on as well (these may change depending on what competition organisers decide).
Trial and training dates are to be confirmed and these will be communicated closer to the time.
You will then need to collect a permission slip from the Sports Department (located in Gym 3) to be signed by your parent/caregiver.
