It was a special occasion to welcome our new students, new staff and whānau to MRGS today. On a beautiful day our Year 13 and Peer Mentors laid down the challenge with a powerful haka.
In the afternoon our Year 9 students took part in the Peer Mentoring programme with the senior students where they were taught about our school values and experienced a range of ice breaker activities.
We look forward to seeing the rest of our student at school for the first day of lessons tomorrow.
