Y 10 Cooking: Okonomiyaki (Japanese Savoury pancake)
As a part of the Year 10 Japanese curriculum, our class participated in making a popular Japanese dish, okonomiyaki. Our classmate Kevin brought his Mum, Mrs Wang, and his aunty to help out. Okonomiyaki is a savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients. Our version consisted of cabbage, flour, egg and squid. We added okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise, and enjoyed eating them. The pancake was oishii (delicious). We had a lot of fun making it.
