In-Zone Enrolments – Procedures and Dates

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Mount Roskill Grammar School.

The school welcomes in-zone applications for 2026 for all year levels. Application Forms are available here or available from the school office. Application Forms will also be delivered to local intermediate schools.

Documents Required for Enrolment:

All in-zone applicants must provide the following:

• NZ Citizens: An original or certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
  Other Citizens: The student’s Birth Certificate and current visa
• Copy of the latest school report
• Two forms of proof of residential address
  (A) Rates Account or Tenancy Agreement
  (B) One document showing the parent’s/caregiver’s name and address. This must be the address where the student lives.
  *Examples of these documents are a power bill, water bill, phone/internet bill.
• Student Health Record (Please complete the Google Form)
• Statutory Declaration (Download and complete. This must be signed by a Justice of the Peace)
• Digital Citizenship Agreement (Please read before completing application)
